Community Advisory Panels
Community panels are the schizzle - you can look that word up in
the dictionary, but you probably won't find it. It means
'excitingly insightful' and we're hoping it will be added to the
Oxford with some tacit reference to the Buzz Channel community
advisory panels in the very near future.
Your own community panel is quite simply when your customers
give you permission to have conversations with them. Surprisingly,
if they are your customers they are usually interested in what you
are doing and happy to help you plan the products and services you
might offer them in future. It's like bringing your customers into
your office at a moment's notice when you want to know what they
think.
